Creating your own script

When writing your own script, it is important to remember the following guidelines:

• Avoid negative words such as can't, won't, not, don't. E.g. I don't want to smoke anymore.
• Always use positive affirmations. E.g. I am happy to be a nonsmoker.
• Create between 12 to 15 affirmations for each issue you want to change.
• Do a little research on the subject to find the affirmations that stand out the most for you.
